Humblodt Squid also known as jumbo squid or flying jumbo squid, is a large, predatory squid living in the eastern Pacific Ocean. Humboldt Squid typically reach a mantle length of 1,15 meters ( 4 ft 11 in), making it the largest member in the family. After catching, the squids are immediately frozen and breaded to maximize the freshness and optimize the texture. It has a chewy texture combining with a slightly sweet flavor.
