Pollock is a common name for two species of North Atlantic marine fish in the genus Pollachius which mostly inhabit in cold water in the northern oceans. Our Pollocks are wild-caught in the Atlantic ocean and processed thoroughly in China. Those Pollocks are popular due to its mild, delicate flavor with flesh that has large flakes, tender and a slightly coarse texture. Additionally, it can be considered as an alternative to cods and haddocks thanks to its similar flavor but milder.
